Charlie was the best! He was there before I was. He is the nicest guy you will ever meet! Friendly, professional, patient and thorough! He went over every single inch of the home and answered every question I had, even went above and beyond to make sure I understood exactly what I was looking at. Charlie did a few home inspections for me when I was buying an investment property recently. He was thorough and took his time at each of the houses and pointed out potential issues which made me have to withdraw a couple of my offers saving me tons of headaches down the road. It was a huge help and money saver. The best thing I experienced with Integrity was that Charlie pointed out when a house had quality craftsmanship that would indicate that the house that I eventually ended up closing on was well taken care of. I'd recommend Integrity to anyone that's looking for great, honest service that you can trust when making such a big decision to buy a house.
