Steve was professional once he arrived however he changed the appointment 2 times and also told me he didn't usually travel this far (30 miles) however then he said he was going to another place which was 46 miles from his house.

Steve is very professional and honest. His fee for a home inspection is just $45. A bargain by todays standards. All he needed to do to correct the problem we were having was to open the flu the rest of the way. I am very glad I called since the carbon monoxide we were breathing could have reached a lethal level. He is a busy guy so it took a day longer to get him out then I was hoping. Very grateful he found the issue quickly and did not try and sell me anything I didn't need. Really nice guy.

oN INITIAL APPOINTMENT SERVICE DID NOT HAVE NEEDED CAULK TO FILL LOOSE MORTAR BETWEEN FEW STONES. iT WAS 2 DAYS LATER WHEN SERVICE WAS ABLE TO FINISH THE JOB. overall QUALITY IS EXCELLENT

The job was tuck pointing the chimney, also flashing repaired, installation of smoke guard & damper. Steve was always on time, always kept up with phone calls & any follow up calls. Was a pleasure doing business at a fair price. Will be calling Steve back in the spring for additional work.

This company inspected my chimney and found that it was in good condition as it is and it did not need cleaning at this time. They also instructed me on how to get better use of the insert that we have in the fireplace.

They worked with me on scheduling so I could recuperate from surgery and when they came (on time) they inspected my chimney and said everything was fine and my chimney was pretty clean. They could have really taken me for a ride. But instead they were honest (hard to find nowadays)
