I interview several contractors and Josh was the best customer service and communication. I have hired lots of contractors in the past, have done construction and this group was one of the best. They were largely on time and definitely on budget. They had to demo the kitchen, move the dining room wall, refinish all the hardwood floors and rebuild the kitchen to a high-end specification. We designed the kitchen and IOC set us up with a great cabinet source. The cabinets are all plywood boxes, with rollouts, soft close hinges, drawers and doors. All the cabinets, hardware, plumbing, electrical and appliances are high end. They were able to complete the work pretty much on schedule. Having done construction in the past, I expected issues and there were a couple of issues during construction, The issues were quickly resolved. Definitely recommended! I will be using IOC for our next project.

Impressed with their work after a water leak +mold. Drywall is seamless, painting was great. They also put my mudroom back together. Thank you for helping out during a stressful time.

Fantastic job putting up drywall and putting my mudroom (cabinet, bench and beadboard) back together after we had a water leak + mold. Impressed with their attention to detail.

Inside Out Construction was extremely professional and detail oriented. Their communication was tops! Their employees were prompt and efficient. I highly recommend them for any job you may have.

I highly recommend Inside Out Construction for their professionalism, skill, communication, promptness, and work ethic. The crew arrived exactly when they said they would. They were friendly and hard working, and they answered questions when I asked about the process. The job was to take out an old patio door and install a new one. They removed rotten wood from underneath where the old, leaking door had been and replaced it with a solid framing. They then installed the door, taking their time to ensure a perfect fit. The end product is solid and beautiful! I am so impressed by everything about this company.

After interviewing multiple contractors to renovate our 1980's vintage lake house, we chose Inside Out after hearing from previous customers who commented on their professionalism, attention to detail, client service, and promptness of their work. They totally came through on all of these qualities. It was a major job, remodeling the kitchen and replacing stipple ceilings, adding lighting, new flooring, and tripling the windows so we could see the lake from our home. We are very satisfied and impressed with the crew, many of whom have years of experience. Sean Mosser always kept in touch with us throughout the project. Now we are looking forward to working with them in the fall to replace exterior decking and add new siding to our home.

My experience with Inside out constituting was 5 stars across the board. From professionalism, communication, skill, knowledge, I cannot say enough good things about Josh and his company and staff. We underwent a basement remodel due to a basement flooding. Josh helped me deal with the insurance adjusters being that I had never gone through anything like this before, he helped ease the stress of what is an extremely stressful and tiring process. Owen, our project manager, provided detailed daily text updates on the job so I was always in the loop and in the know of where we were on the project. The workers were incredibly friendly and respectful and being that me and my 3 roommates are all women, we felt safe with them in our home. The work provided was top notch and I will 100% without question hire inside out construction to do any future projects on my home and will always recommend them to everyone I know!

Waiting for permit is the hardest part. You want work to start right away but thatâ s not how it works

Quick, Professional and reliable.

Five stars is not enough for this company. We had a kitchen expansion (took down a wall to the dining room and made a bigger kitchen) and master bath renovation done by Inside Out Construction. Josh was so honest and positive about all of the things I wanted done. We were allowed to purchase items on our own to keep costs down, there was no selling to make more money. Every contractor I spoke to had only honorable things to say about Josh and his company. This gave me a good feeling about our decision! Owen communicated with me every day about what was going to be done and then what was done and the next steps. This was helpful because we were living in the house during the renovation. Every day, the crew would broom sweep everything and pile their tools in a corner so we could live with the construction. I thought it was super considerate and helpful. Jeff is a master carpenter and was always making sure we were happy with the results. He also did some custom work that I was thrilled with. Such talent and professionalism from the owner and everyone that was on our job. The plumber, electrician, drywall, tile...everyone was happy to be working on this job and so willing to get it done right the first time. Eric from Reflections Cabinetry spent hours with me to design and select our kitchen. We were not sure how this would go because it was our first remodel, but we could not be more pleased and happy with the outcome. We have heard horror stories and even experienced some with getting quotes before hiring Inside Out, but this was a great experience with no surprises! We are so happy to recommend Josh and his company to anyone! Thank you so much for taking our budget and making our dream home come true!

Also installed an infrared sauna and custom shelves and medicine cabinet. Communication was superb.

We hired inside Out Construction for full roof replacement and interior ceiling repairs (removal of stipple) , removing a wall and electrical. We were thoroughly satisfied. They stayed on schedule, communicated with timely progress reports and thoroughly cleaned up. We hope to work with this company again on the next phase of our renovations.

A very professional company to work with. They added on a year around garden room to the back of our house and it looks fantastic. The workmanship is top notch, they offer great value for the money and are very accommodating. Josh and his crew are pleasant, customer centered, and respectful to your property. The job site was cleaned every day and things moved right along as the job progressed. I highly recommend IOC!

Very honest and trustworthy company. Keep me inform throughout the project and great attention to detail. Would absolutely recommend them to anyone in the future.

We had a gas fireplace installed in our home. Inside Out Construction built the chase for the fireplace for us. My husband I were very indecisive on what we wanted. Josh was very patience with us and helpful in making the final decision. When we texted Josh or called him he was very responsive. His people did a great job and we are extremely pleased with the final product.

Josh spent time with us making sure he understood what we wanted to accomplish. From seeing a prior project, we knew he gives great attention to detail - this is what we wanted and he didn't disappoint us. He made several suggestions which enhanced our project. He was also very open to changes we made as the project evolved. His crew were kind and helpful which we really appreciated. IOC provides a one year guarantee of their work which reassures me that they intend to stand behind their work.

From the time we contacted Inside Out Construction for an estimate to the completion of the project, it was a pleasant experience working with Josh and Cristy. We had our front porch rotted wooden railings replaced with cast iron railings. The two-man crew was friendly and professional, and worked tirelessly all day until the job was done. They did an excellent job -- we are so pleased with how good they look! The estimate was detailed and they came in on budget and on time. Cleanup was complete and the crew left our property neat and tidy. Any questions we had were answered completely. We will definitely be looking to working with Inside Out Construction again. We highly recommend them.

Josh and Cristy are the greatest. From estimate to the completion of the project it was a pleasant experience. The estimate was detailed and they came in on budget and on time for a complete update on the second floor of our house to include a wonderful master bathroom. Josh s guys did master craftsman level work. They kept us informed almost daily through the entire project. Their on staff designer helped us make choices that really enhanced the look and stayed within our budget. I would recommend them for any project!

A+++++++++++++ We are VERY HAPPY and would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Josh/Inside Out Construction. We had a few projects around the house to include a custom bar and wine room in the basement and Josh brought our vision to a reality. Words would never accurately describe how incredible everything looks. A+ quality, communication, and customer service. They did an AMAZING job and we couldn't be happier!

We have used Inside Out Construction for multiple projects, complete kitchen and bath remodel, replacement of a wood deck, and addition of a screened in porch. They are totally committed to transparency in their contracting and billing, do a great job, and on the schedule that they promise. When something needs to get corrected, they do that to total customer satisfaction. We don't call anybody else anymore in Caroline County for work that they do.

Very straight forward and very professional,,on time and affordable rates. Outstanding and positive results.

INSIDE OUT CONSTRUCTION, Inc is a very honorable company. It took a few attempts to have my vanity properly installed; however, the process was not one that would negate me from utilizing their services in the future. Recently, the installed vanity had a plumbing leak due to a faulty part and INSIDE OUT CONSTRUCTION, Inc promptly came to my home and repaired the issue at cost. Additionally, I was able to get a consultation/estimate on repair of a door frame. Josh was polite and thorough in his explanation of what and why I was having a problem with the frame and multiple solutions for repair. His time and expertise was greatly appreciated as he accommodated me, on the spot, for an issue for which he was not initially requested to resolve. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company for home projects, both big and small!

INSIDE OUT CONSTRUCTION, Inc is very accomodating and professional. I would highly recommend them for home improvement projects and intend to use them for future projects in my home.
