If you do business with him, he is going to up the price on the job and if you doesn't get pay, he will put a lean on your home. I would never recommend him to anyone.

I hired this company to hang up the lights and replace flag pole on the right porch, the only perimeters I gave were to not have any permanent fixtures on the front porch other than the flag pole. The job took 2 days instead of a couple of hours. The estimate was more than doubled. There is damage to my front portch.
Response from Company:
The initial project was to hang Christmas lights and hang a flag pole, as well as fill previous holes that were made by the flag pole the cost agreed, was $150. 3 of the lights were rope lighting and were to be wrapped around the 3 columns the other was the icicles which went on the gutters. the base of the 3 columns had the trim caulk cracked. It was agreed I pull off a piece of the molding to match the paint since she did not have the paint, she also asked me to match the peeling paint on the concrete paint at the base of the siding. It was agreed she would pay an extra $100 to paint caulk and paint the 3 columns and she would pay the cost of the 2 gallons of the external which was $75. Lights can not be hung without something to hold them she chose the 3M command hooks and asked me to wait while she got them, 2 hours later she returned without them stating there was none available so we agreed to use nails but in discreet positions which is what was done. The columns could not be painted and wrapped on the same day as the paint needed to dry so it was agreed I would come back the next morning when the paint was dry, The whole job took 5 hours in total to complete plus the 2 hours I waited for her to come back. She must have been looking for a reason not to pay the full $325 as she only paid $300. Her saying the money doubled was due to the extra work she agreed to.

Hired "Inside Out Design" to replace existing window with sliding glass door. The wife and I were quite pleased with the quality of work and plan to use this company again for future projects.

This contractor was hired for doors, pressure washing, painting and restoring the deck. His prices were always increasing. He tried to work alone, which was not feasible for what he needed to do. This job required at least two people. Very unprofessional when we ask him to do something over. I would not hire this company ever again. Had a year long warranty, said he is not coming back to honor it. Paid what is owed to him and is stilling asking for more money. Considering taking this to court for lousy work and not honoring his contract. Doors do not lock. Will have to hire another contractor to redo some of his work.
