Inside Out Home Services

I called Inside Out Home Services to get an estimate to have siding reattached to one side of the house and was told it would be "about $90". A couple of days later I heard noise coming from somewhere nearby. When I went outside, workers from Inside-Out were working on the siding. I had not contracted with them to do any work. Since the work was well underway, I let them complete the job. Later I received a bill for $125, which I paid. I did call to complain both about doing unauthorized work and the difference in the charge. I was told that I could receive the $35 difference and that someone would be over right with the check which would be put into my mailbox. That is how I interpreted the woman who answered the phone who said, "I'll put it in your mail." She did not say THE mail. I suppose she meant she would come to my home and leave the check in my mailbox, which is illegal. I have never seen the check. When I called some days later, I was told by one of the owners, "I'm on it". I realize that wasn't specific, but I inferred that I would receive a check. That was the last I ever heard from anyone at the company. I am giving them two stars because the work was satisfactory , but the customer service needs an overhaul. 4

Inside Out Home Services does phenomenal work. They are extremely professional, and no job is too big or too small. If there is any issue or concern, they are happy to come back and fix it to your satisfaction. I currently recommend them on a weekly basis to my clients.
