The communicating with Steve was great. He quickly responded to texts and emails. Steve and Bob did my inspection and I was very pleased with the thoroughness of the inspection. The software to add/remove items from the original report worked very well. Definitely would recommend.

Inspection was scheduled immediately - Jeff was courteous, informative and thorough. Pricing was on par with competitors in our market.

I got a handful of quotes from various inspectors but went with Steve and Insight because they had great prices and many years of experience (inspecting, engineering, construction). Steve and Bob were efficient and thoroughly explained to me any issues they found. I reached out to them a few weeks after the inspection for some followup details and they promptly answered my questions with great detail. I would recommend them to any new home buyers.

Dependable and knowledgable

Steve is AWESOME! Very thorough. We have used him for both a pre-listing inspection for the home we sold and as buyers for our next home. His reports are easy to read and he documents all issues he comes across, whether small or large. He is very easy to work with and very willing to explain what he's looking for. And he's great at answering questions - even after the inspection is over. He also offers additional services (we used him for radon testing as well) and has a network of referrals - if interested - for services he does not offer. Steve is very experienced and I'd highly recommend him to anyone who needs an inspection as a buyer or a seller.

Steve was great! Personable and very thorough, he completed the job with expertise. The inspection report was easy to follow, understand, and very professional looking. Steve also took the time to discuss the issues that the house had with me and offer advice. Perhaps most impressive was the timeliness of Steve's responses to my inquiries and his ability to fit me into his schedule within two weeks of contacting him! As the other reviewers indicated, Steve was extremely professional and thorough in his inspection of our home. He took over three and a half hours to comb through everything, and he noticed issues that we never would have seen on our own. The report was provided quickly and on schedule, and he even showed up fifteen minutes early for the appointment. Awesome service!!

Steve did a detailed home inspection for me and was very specific about what needed to be done in order to sell my home. I appreciate the no nonsense advice he gave me. When ready for repairs, I will be giving him a call for some quotes on work that needs to be done. Thanks again Steve.

Steve was very comprehensive and gave an excellent description of the work to be done. The test results were returned in a very timely manner. I would definitely use his service again. He indicated he also does complete home inspections as needed for home sales.
