I know this is long, but PLEASE READ! Their product does not work (at the very least, for our property) and you get stuck into a contract that they give you; such a great deal; on (it is because you' ll owe them if you cancel). You end up either paying a large chunk to cancel when their products ultimately do not hold up to their claims or have to continue paying monthly until the contract is up. Either way, it feels kind of like a scam. I am convinced that their large amount of positive reviews are due to the technicians asking for you to give them a good review so they get a monetary bonus! Their technicians are pretty great though, their products just do not work. (However, if you are not paying your employees enough, to begin with, that they have to beg to get a review, that is beyond messed up!!) I had emailed them to give my notice to not renew my contract AFTER it was ended. They refused and said I needed to contact them 30 days before the contract is up and asked what was wrong with my service. I told them that it was not working. They asked how they could help fix things and I very openly and honestly admitted that the only way they could help me right now is to let me out of the contract without being charged the fee. They proceed to ignore me for a week and a half until I tell them that I was going to be writing reviews about my experience and was now in contact with the BBB about the situation and was seeking to terminate the contract SOLELY if I was not going to be charged upfront. They did not respond to me, but immediately charged my card a termination fee and closed out my account. They breached the contract and then tried to blame me for it and charge me. PLEASE BE AWARE OF THIS COMPANY AND STAY FAR AWAY. They are not even remotely worth the trouble.
