Sam, at first, came to my house and gave me an estimate on 6/21/2026 for a woodpecker issue. He said he would replace the side where the bird was and coat it with a special deteriorate. He also walked around the house and found 2 more spots that needed to be patched. A week went by, and the only repair he did was take off a board or too. Then another week went by and all he did was put up a board or two. Finally, after 2 weeks I gave him to 7/6/2026 to complete the job and he didn?t finish. Mind you, I have all the text message to show as my proof, but he didn?t do the front pact h work on my house. He tried to make me feel bad that he applied a veteran discount, which I said that if you complete the entire job, I?ll pay for my veteran status and he still didn?t complete the job. I have half *** ******* up on my house because he didn?t want to finish the work in the first place after I left a respectful text message calling his ******* out. Do not hire this *******!

Sam was very thorough and straightforward with what was needed to complete the projects!

Sam and Erik went way beyond any business expectations I could imagine. Sam came to my house at 11.30 pm to start the process of removing raccoons from my attic. Erik followed up the next morning for follow up on placing a one way exit in my attic to insure that any raccoons left in the attic could escape but not get back in. I am in the remediation process now and expect a job very well done in the time frame committed to by Sam and Erik

Sam Smith came out to get rid of a raccoon in my attic and did a great job wildlife-proofing my house so nothing else could get back in!! 10/10 recommend
