Complete Home Inspection
He focused on the most promeinent issue other houses built by the same company having a problem with the ventilation system, causing an a extremely unhealthy enviroment. I was reassured that we were OK. However he skimped on the basics such as checking the plumbing system. One of the showers doesn't work! For that I am lowering the rating.

He went above and beyond in every way. He spent a full two and a half hours on an 1100 square foot home and documented everything with photographs. I was very impressed.

Timothy Pepperell was friendly, kind, and not at all judgmental when asked what I was sure was "dumb" questions coming from a first time homeowner. He answered every question clearly, even going through the extra effort to demonstrate what he was explaining at times. He was aware that we were first timers, so he thoughtfully pointed out areas of interest to us along the way, going the extra mile to inform us, rather than simply inspecting and putting it in the report. The report itself was easily accessible and wellorganized. Overall, the experience was enjoyable thanks to his apparent expertise and personable nature. I highly recommend him.

"In a lot of situations my clients like to have piece of mind when it comes to their environment, especially when there are children involved. In this case there was an on going remodel and the client was concerned about the existing paint containing lead. Results back from the lab were negative. Small price for piece of mind."

Complete Home Inspection
Tim was friendly, and very knowledgeable. He was also very forgiving of our three large curious dogs that got in his way a few times. I would highly recommend his services to anyone looking for a home inspection.

"This was an older home, 60 years. With older homes it is interesting peeling the layers of remodels that have happened over the years. Galvanized water piping was a big factor in poor water pressure through-out the home. Helpful tips: The chimney was no longer in use and took quite an amount of space on all three floors. With the home only being 1600 sq', I recommended removal by licensed prof."

Complete Home Inspection
Tim arrived on time at the inspection site. Before and after the inspection Tim was very accessible. He gave good tips regarding maintaining the house during the inspection. He also explained what he is looking for during inspection. He took lots of pictures. This made the report pretty big but easy to understand and fix things later on. Tim has very friendly attitude. I will use Tim again when I am ready to sell my house.

"As with all our clients we do not limit the scope of inspection by delivering a report stating just defects. Maintainence tips, emergency shut-down switches/valve areas, general operation of components, etc. are all included in the report. On average we will shoot approximately 80 photographs per inspection. There is a description with each pic and if necessary remedial recommendation to fix issue"

He is awesome. most importantly he explained every piece of equipment in the house - what does it do, how to maintain, what can go wrong etc. We walked with him thru' out his inspection and he found some really good issues. Strongly recommend to everyone.
