As a Tennessee-licensed Certified Professional Inspector trained by the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors-and with 25 yrs. of const. experience and 10 yr.s of experience as the owner of a residential construction company. I have hands on knowledge to spot problems with materials, installation and workmanship that others might miss. I follow a comprehensive Standards of Practice, which ensures that you receive a detailed and accurate Home Inspection. We have been on both sides of this business, one from a seller point of view and also from the POV of a buyer. Stacey is excellent at his job. It is a little nerve-wracking from a sales point of view, because he checked stuff that I did not even know needed to be checked! From a buyer point of view, not so nerve-wracking. He inspected the house we are buying and he gave us a very detailed list of things that needed definite and immediate attention, as well as a list of suggestions of things that might need attention in the future. We were able to resolve the important issues with the seller, and now we are able to get excited about this new house with confidence. Thank you so much, Stacey!
