I would definitely recommend Inspect-it 1st. At the completion of the inspection the inspector started with a verbal report that really helped me understand both the good and not so good with the home I was trying to purchase. He had a report to me and my agent within 24 hours with photos and descriptions of the issues we had already verbally spoken about. It made it real easy to work with the sellers agent to fix a few safety things and it also let me know some things I needed to budget in like a new Water Heater and Furnace so that these needed improvements were planned for in my budget. The inspector was polite and took his time explaining things which I really appreciated.

Responsive, on-time, completed services as promised, in-depth report for the project. It is refreshing to work with someone who does what they say they will do. Glen came out for my whole house inspection. He inspected everything. Afterwards, he went over everything with his findings. I have had to call him about a couple of things. He answers all my questions and concerns. Would hire him again. Very nice and professional gentleman.

Glenn was not only very pleasant to deal with I had my best friend of 60 years accompany him since he once operated as a licensed building inspector for the federal government. Absolute thorough job! Glenn was prompt, courteous, professional, and very informative. I have bought multiple homes.
