Bill biggest concern was doing a good job for me/his customers. He was very open with scheduling and was prompt/on time. The report and on-site conversation were very thorough.

Well I typically do not respond to these surveys but I was so impressed by their service I wanted to reply!! They were very professional and thorough. Gave great feedback regarding the inspection they did for us promptly (same day) both verbally and in writing. They exceeded my expectations and were also very kind and personable. I highly recommend this company.

Bill was great. He called me personally to set up an appointment and we coordinated his visit. He was sure to explain everything he did (a 4-point inspection). He had the report as promised by the end of the evening. Great expertise and friendly!

Bill was awesome & actually saved us a lot of money on our homeowners. He gave some great advice & recommendations in addition to a great inspection on our new home!!!

Honest! Bill was the only inspector who told me that 4 points inspection is not necessary for my house age and it's a wasting of my money. High professional! Complete home inspection he did includes everything from top to bottom. Very nice personality! By phone and in person. Bill and his wife Barbara are very knowledgeable and helpful. Great thanks to all Inspectify team!

After recommendation from my trusted realtor (Carey Beychok, Broker Associate RE/MAX Alliance Group), I utilized Inspectify for my new buildsâ pre-drywall and final inspections. I am glad I did - I couldnâ t be more pleased. Bill and Barbara are true professionals, there service is thorough and there product is sound. Throughout the build Bill would make recommendations for me to engage the Build Manager (as other ever goes perfect!) and helped me understand building code and structural items which kept me from worrying. I would truly recommend Inspectify for any home inspection need. Sincerely, J. Kelley - Venice FL
