We had a significant mold problem covering over 500 square feet of flooring, plus walls and shower. It was thick, bad and probably growing for a number of years. Yuck! They worked as a team in constant communication right from the first visit with the estimator, working crew, to Gerrard, the CEO. Their strengths are honesty, thoroughness, a great work ethic, and a desire to please. They arrive on time (forewarning if you are not an early riser), work like joyful elves, and leave the job site clean.

Gerrard and his team did an excellent job by removing mold from our attic: They came on time and after removing the mold they explained to us on how to keep our attic mold free. They showed us before and after pictures of the area. They are very professional and clean. We have a healthy house thanks to Gerrard and his team 🤙😃

We were amazed by the punctuality, good manners and knowledge of Gerard. He came few hour ago, inspected our basement, gave us instructions and advise on what to do, and he refused to invoice us for his inspection...we still wonder ourselves : these days, why are people noble minded like Gerard, people that love and take pride in their work, so, so rare.. ????? Gerrard was responsive, a great listener and extremely knowledgeable. Many professionals from various companies (6) had come to check out a weird odor coming out from one of our vents but were unsuccessful at determining what it was. Within a few minutes Gerrard was pretty certain that it was a dead animal smell (mouse ?) and arranged for a professional duct cleaning service to come out at a much more reasonable price than I had previously received from another company. The odor disappeared as a result of the cleaning. Gerrard did a follow-up and was delighted with our results and commented on how nice the house smelled. Excellent, friendly, honest and helpful service especially in giving me calming and reassuring professional information which eliminated my fears. An honour and pleasure to meet Gerrard and accept his help.
