I have hired other home inspectors in the past,but I believe Matthew was much more thorough than others I have hired.He took the time to explain each issue of concern, and pointed out things to look for that I hadn't seen during my earlier walk through. He was patient with me and took the time to answer all of my questions. Matthew emailed a final report that was so thorough and complete that it consisted of 78 pages when I printed it. Before hiring Matthew, the longest inspection report I'd ever received was 27 pages. I highly recommend Matthew for home inspections, whether you're considering a purchase or if you just want to know how your house is holding up.

Very Professional. Did exactly what he said he would do under less than ideal conditions (it was about 95 and very humid the day he did the inspection).

Matthew took the time to answer all my questions and never made me feel like I was wasting his time. He was very helpful in giving me approximate figures so I could more closely see what it would cost to fix the house we were looking at. We didn't end up buying the house so we will be contacting him again in the near future!
