Inspection Gator, LLC

I bought a home in a different state and I trusted these company to inspect the house thoroughly they told me exactly what to expect and I was not disappointed thank you

They were great and I called them back for a roofer referral. They went above and beyond

The customer service was great. Jessica was fantastic .Our inspector was very friendly and informative even went beyond what he had to. He could had rescheduled since the electric wasn't on, but waited till it came on because he knew we really wanted it that day. I would highly recommend Inspection Gator anytime.

The inspector was very friendly and informative. At the end of the inspection, he went over each of his findings and gave explanations. Ultimately, the only issues I had (which were minor and correctable) were incorrect property and contact info initially on the report and a few items or discrepancies that seemed repetitive which lengthened the needed repairs list and a couple of opinionated but unnecessary discrepancies including the installation of a vent-a-hood over an island range which had a down-suction system!?! Everything else was "spot on" and I do give a good referral. Thanks.

Very friendly, helpful, and efficient. Provided a written (emailed) report within 24 hours with pictures.

He called right away and was very helpful and understanding of all my questions. I have not decided if I am goion forward tith my project now or not but I will definately call him when I do.
