Inspection plus reached out to me about my newly built home in Valencia. I hired them to do a home inspection and I was very surprised at what their inspector found. I did not know a new home could have any issues, but I am very happy that I hired this company because they found many things that I did not know about. I am very satisfied with their quality of work. The home inspectors name was Brandon, he was very knowledgeable and provided us with a valuable service. I will hire them again if I ever need another home inspection.

Worse experience Iâ ve had with a home inspection company. They charged me additional charges that were not disclosed prier to the inspection. It wasnâ t till after the inspection they mentioned the charges and were refusing to give me my report till after I was charged. Worse experience and will never use them or recommend them.

The home inspection process was easy. Brandon helped us on a short notice and showed up to the home inspection on time. As first time home buyers and this being our first home inspection we had some questions and confusion but Brandon helped us figure everything out.
