Very knowledgeable and educated on older homes. Verle was also able and willing to explain different things in a manner that made sense to someone who is unfamiliar with homes. I would recommend Inspection Smith to anyone who is looking for advice and insight they can trust.

David was very throw! He took down panels to look for possible leaks, even noticed a small patch job on the roof that wasn t listed in the disclosures. Polite, courteous and friendly service. Would definitely recommend him!!

Mr. Badeaux was very professional. During the inspection what ever we had questions on he took the time to explain in details and give informative recommendations. The report sent to us was outstanding very detailed and professional. I highly recommend this company.
