Andy Colliton was on time, and extremely thorough. When we lost power in the neighborhood during the inspection, Andy performed as much of the inspection as he could, and offered to return the next day at a time convenient to us. The report he delivered was extremely well documented. I will say that with any home inspection, the buyer MUST accompany the inspector and ask questions. Andy handled my questions without acting like I was getting in his way, while methodically and thoroughly inspecting the property. Even the back office support was great. Shelly was great at accommodating our schedule, and was extremely flexible in accommodating our request for add-on service on short notice. A great experience, at a reasonable price.

Andy did an excellent job of inspecting our home, he was able to identify things that I didn't even know were an issue. He was extremely friendly and informative. He was able to offer detailed explanation and advice for every question I asked him. Andy is as knowledgeable as they come. Great value : We did quite a bit of comparable shopping, and this company's services were very reasonably priced, especially considering that you can get all the testing done through them and the re-inspection is free. Great customer service: Scheduling was super easy, and the company's evening and weekend availability was a huge plus. Working with Andy and Julie was a pleasure--they were both very professional, responsive, and nice. Services: Andy did a thorough inspection and then re-inspection and discovered several issues at the town home we were purchasing. I'd say he was the only truly unbiased player in our home purchase transaction and we greatly appreciated having him on our side. We highly recommend Andy and his company!

He made it very clear that he was there to help me understand all the problems and challenges the house might present, and to leave no stone unturned. I felt very secure in Andy's assessments and was glad to be made aware of the numerous issues that he found that we never would have found out about otherwise. It is worth pointing out that Inspectisure's rates we among the lowest I was quoted and yet the service provided was exceptional. They even gave me a home inspection manual and a cool little multitool! While it didn't actually have any impact on the quality of the inspection, I'm a sucker for instruction manuals and swag. If you are looking for an inspection you can trust, I'd strongly recommend looking into Inspectisure. It might not matter to you, but I felt even better know that Inspectisure is family owned and operated in the truest sense.
