I hired Jim to inspect my mom's roof. He was prompt, professional, and well prepared for the job. I received a very thorough report, with photos, as promised. Jim even went the extra mile and cleaned out my mom's gutters, which was definitely needed and very much appreciated. I would highly recommend him and would definitely hire him again.
