Found this business through HomeAdvisor. Contacted multiple businesses and the main concern was time efficiency in report summary. Promised within 24 hours of the inspection and report was received well after that. No communication about the delay until I had to call a few times. In addition, paid extra for radon testing and report was supposed to be in approximately 48 hours that time has passed with no communication on the results. Overall detailed inspection but lacking in customer service regarding accurate time for reports, and no communication on delays with sending details.

Chris arrived early and was very professional. He answered all of our questions and was very thorough. He took his time and made sure the inspection was done correctly. He alerted us to potential problems and gave detailed itemization in his report. The report had detailed pictures and explanations. He was extremely communicative through the whole process. He was also accommodating to our schedule, since we needed an inspection late afternoon. He took his time and was so kind. I would use Padgett Home Inspection Services again and recommend Chris to anyone getting a home inspected.
