    Mike performed a good job inspecting the house. every angle, but unfortunately he missed on home heating inspection. He just told me it is working, but an evaluation by another company confirmed otherwise and I ended up spending 300 to fix the issue which was half of my inspection cost.

    I appreciate your review Hamza. As you stated, the heating system was working at the time of inspection. The home inspection is a snapshot of current conditions within the house. Future problems will arise and are to be expected. I'm glad the HVAC company you hired was able to fix the problem. The cost of repair sounds reasonable knowing the cost of potential problems/new HVAC systems. Best of luck in your future and the future of your new home.

    Unfortunately I had to do home inspections on multiple properties, fortunately for me Mike was the inspector. The first home purchase fell through but only because Mike does a fantastic job. Issues he identified with home number one lead me to move on to another. Mike is extremely thorough and pays close attention to detail, qualities that seem to be missing from people today. Mike is professional and very knowledgeable and doesn't cut corners. You might not like what he uncovers but it will save you lots of money in the long run. I would recommend Mike to anyone looking for a home inspector, he is that good. Two words LIGHTS OUT!
