I feel the costumer service was very poor. The measurement was done wrong, on the installation day the countertop pieces could not be put together. They have to recut. My old countertop was already taken out, water was out in kichen. They let me live one week (4th of July weekend) without counter and water in my kitchen. I asked them to compensate me a little or finish the job in timely fashion. They refused. I planned to keep my old water faucet, when the installation was finally done and water was reconnected, the faucet leaked. They came to fix it quickly (changed to a new one), but they had to charge me $200. I asked them this is part of the installation, why I have to pay. They said because it was my own faucet, eventhough the faucet was not leak before the installation. The whole process, they tried to blame me instead of admit their problem, and I could not see their effort to make costumer (me) feel good about the experience. Because of the delay, my house upgrading work and the time to list my house on the market was delayed more than two weeks.
