Let s be clear - completely gutting and renovating our 100+ year old home was a major undertaking. It involved moving our family to a rental, and dealing with a strict, albeit fair, building department. We dug in and braced ourselves for what we anticipated would be a long year. Frank quickly earned our trust - his background in structural engineering allowed him to thoroughly explain many of the complex aspects of the job in layman s terms - at each milestone of the project, we fully understood our options and the costs associated with each. Frank met every single deadline and remained within the established budget; eight months later, our family moved back to our home (three months ahead of the projected schedule), and we could not be happier with Frank s work.

Frank did an amazing job not only by providing a high quality final product but also by guiding us trough the process in re-designing the space, helping to select appliances, light fixtures, wall colors, etc. buying good quality items for a low price. He likes working with people and provides excellent customer service. Thank you Frank.
