This experience has been excrutiating. The conduit work and install have been great, but the company right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing. It has been over 16 months now and the work is still not done. The worst part is the overall manager who basically doesn't manage -- to include answering emails in a timely fashion. The end-to-end aspect of project completion is woahfully wanting. I do not recommend this company. Buyer beware!!

Fixed Generator Installation
The owner of the business was extremely RUDE and unprofessional to my Wife which I did not appreciate. I would NOT recommend this business, they are very hard to contact, they do not return calls and the customer service leaves a whole lot to be desired.
Response from Inspired Electrical Solutions, Inc.
"We are sorry you were not happy with our service. Our goal is to make every effort to please the customer. Unfortunately, some customers just can not be pleased. We hope you enjoy your generator for years to come. Your install was not through Home Advisor. It was through Lowes."

Attentive to detail, professional, and they were very knowledgeable. I am an engineer my self and I have worked with many electricians / electrical service companies in my line of work. In my experience very few are knowledgeable in electrical things as it pertains to modern electronics. Inspired Electrical helped me with my project and did a professional job just like I would have done it my self. Clean work, efficient and friendly. I am very happy with the work they performed.

Mike, the technician was great. The work was done quickly and professionally. He was running a little late but the office called to let me know that. Generally, all around great service.

Pros: Very friendly and professional. Did a thorough job. Would recommend. Cons: Cost seemed just a tad high for something that only took 20 minutes and the bracket wasn't expensive. Bit of a communication lag. I had to reach out for updates. Would have liked it if they stayed on top of keeping me in the loop. All together though a great choice

Called to let us know they'd be late (yay). Appreciated that they went the extra mile to show us why the extra work was indeed necessary and that we were comfortable and satisfied with the work they did. Great job!

I will use this company again. The electrician they sent, Mike Brown was very knowledgeable and professional. He pin pointed the problem and didn't waste any time getting my issue taken care of. I was skeptical of using Home Advisor but after filling out the online request it took minutes before I received a phone call with further details as to when I would expect an electrician! Great service by both Home Advisor and Inspired Electrical!!

We had purchased a home that had been vacant for months and needed a lot of work. Joe came out and gave an estimate for the electrical work we needed. He is very personable, knows his business and follows up during the project and at the end to make sure everything was done to my satisfaction. While it took them a little longer than expected, I am very satisfied and plan to use them in the future when I need electrical work done.
