I called Matt about my garage door not opening and having multiple problems. He was quick and efficient in scheduling an appointment for me. When he came to look at the problem he was knowledgeable about what the issue was with the one garage door and shared with me multiple ways to fix it. Including but not limited to different openers and upgrades in case I was interested in them. There was no hard sell push just informative information. He got our garage fixed within 2 hours along with checking the other ones for preventative measures. Matt and his team are easy to talk with. Not once did I feel like he was trying to push a sale. He listened to my problem and fixed it…. This is refreshing to see and I will 100% recommend him to anyone with garage updates, storage or issues that come up.
