Inspired Improvements

I hired them to install four board fence around three acres for horse pasture. Once they started, it was obvious that they had never done it before. The property line fence doesn't even resemble a straight line, boards are toe nailed due to improper post spacing, posts are loose and will lean and wobble with the slightest push. After they "cleaned up" I have found wood, concrete bags and of all nails all over the pasture. Up to this point, I have picked up 800+ nails along the fence. Nails that they claimed they picked up. And that was after they said they would be very cautious about dropping nails in a horse pasture. Do not hire them. You WILL regret it.

Didn't finish the job. Absolutely horrible service. I was ripped off big time.

I signed a contract with the company to build a fence and a gate at my home. I was told that if I put 1/2 the price down, I would be put on the schedule. I called them many times attempting to get on their schedule, I was told on 6/24 that I was on the schedule for 7/5. I cleared my schedule to be home. They did not come. I called the office and was told it was a mistake and they would get back with me to let me know when they could schedule me. No call back, as usual. Iâ  m calling someone else. Iâ  ve been waiting a month since putting 1/2 the money down. The communication with this company is terrible. You call them and hope they answer, because the mailbox is usually full. They make promises, but never call back. Itâ  s super frustrating. They have reasonable prices, but they donâ  t do the work.

They came and cut the tree limbs I wanted trimmed and hauled them away, They did a great job!

I had a quote of $1,700 to redo the back yard. It was stated he would remove the old grass, aerate the area, put down topsoil and rake out. Then the sod would be put down. Only thing that was done was the sod was put down on top of existing grass in spots, nothing aerated, no top soil put down. When I went to look at the new sod there were gaps and large spaces where the pieces didn't match up. Almost as if the amount was underestimated. Also stated they stayed and watered the new sod for 30 minutes when they were done. That didn't happen either I have security camera footage saved to prove it.

Brian and company put up a back fence and two gates. The price was very competitive, and Brian was a pleasure to work with. We signed a contract and I paid him up-front for materials, and the balance at completion. He did follow up by saying that the prices had unexpectedly increased at a local dealer, and in this environment, I had no reason to doubt him. I paid him the difference. I noticed later that they had forgotten to install the smaller of the two gates, instead, boarding the entrance. I called Brian numerous times, and he promised to install the gate. It took a few weeks he said they were extremely busy but he did it. What I liked about the company was their promptness in coming out, and the low estimate. What concerned me was the delay in finishing my second gate. The company works hard, but e very sure everything is done and done correctly before completing payment. That is what I would do if I used them again, and I would use them at their prices.

They will work with you even when the weather doesn't want to. Great job. Very easy to talk to. The area was cleaned up before they left. If I need other things done they will be the ones I call. Thanks, guys

They deposited my check and said that I would be scheduled within a week or a week and a half and nothing happened, they do not answer my phone calls or schedule my project to start.

Do Not Hire These People. They came to my house and done my hardwood floors and left gaps in the floors, tack strips were left on the floor and went thru my new floor, as you come thru the door. He even left a big gap there and he told me to buy another thrush hold and put there. One of the guys told me it was his first time even doing hardwood floors. Dont waste your money with these people. The owner Brian told me to buy 3/4 round and put on the floors where they left the big gaps. I called them to come back and he has just stopped answer my calls and texts. Please guys don't fool with these people because now I have to go hire someone else to fix this mess

Terrible service, not professional, left a mess for us.

Communication was easy and they were quick to respond. They listened to our vision for the project and came up with a great solution. I’m very happy with the way it turned out. The team showed up on time and worked the whole day and cleaned up at the end of the day.

I hired them to build a superficial wall. They did not tape any of the joints where the wall joined to the existing walls. The floor molding they installed was about a 1/4 inches higher than the existing molding and was cut almost a 1/2 inches short. When I brought this up, they agreed that the joints need to be taped and the molding needed to be corrected; however they still didn't tape the joints and tried to fill the 1/2 inch gap with caulk or sheetrock mud. When I spoke with the owner, he said they would come back and do it right; however, they never showed back up when they were supposed to or even called. It was very apparent they did not know what they were doing and I had to get someone else to finish the job.

They need to be more professional

They trimmed my tall tree and cleaned the gutters exactly how I needed very courteously and professionally.

Highly recommend them. A very responsible and personable firm. Will use them again if the need arises.

The staff did an excellent job for a reasonable price. I made arrangements from out of state and they went out of their way to be helpful. I will be calling them again.

Very personal professional service, they were very understanding and accommodating and mindfull to our time alottment and circumstance. My mother is 80 and has wanted to make home improvements for a long time but was hesitant since the covid and didn't know where to look to find good help with quality work. I am comfortable she is is the right hands because they were just so respectful , thumbs up on a great introduction. Deffinatly recommend...
