Amazing. Took copious notes during our consultation, and invested the upfront time to provide a detail "best estimate quote" so I could get a sense of where the cost would be. Is a strong communicator and helped me stay creative and work within a budget to meet my needs. She actually earned my business... a rarity in the contract world. And just plain nice.

Proceed with caution!! Emily created a design for a bathroom/laundry area renovation for our Old Town home.When the contractors came to estimate the job, her measurements were inaccurate and the washer/dryer would not fit! Emily took no blame, came up with no solutions and did not refund our $2000. She disappeared. Taking her to small claims court, the judge ruled that the job was too big for her skills and I should have hired an architect, which we did. She has a very professional demeanor but a true professional will admit mistakes and work to correct it. Not Emily, not one concession. Buyer beware!

Talented and professional design services. Converted a dysfunctional kitchen into a paradise. Construction services were a bit inconsistent. Fabulous cabinet and tile work. Plumbing and electrical were not nearly as competent. Use the design service with complete confidence. Manage the construction services closely.
