Wonderful experience! Will be using them again.

He came early than expected. He did not bring a helper to remove 2 couches. My son had to help lift them to get them out of our house. The job is done, he was a hard worker, but next time bring the right crew for the job.

The contractor was on time and courteous.

I was extremely pleased with the work provided by Insta Junk Removal. He was friendly and very accommodating. I initially needed him to remove branches and broken wood from a deck, but he was able to remove many other items as well. I would definitely use their service again.

Pros: Very nice guy. Was flexible about the quote which I appreciated. Showed up on time. Cons: Showed up alone to move heavy furniture, so I had to help. (I did not mind, I just thought that would not be ideal for less able-bodied people,) Insisted on going through the front door when I suggested we take the sleeper sofa through the back. Managed to force it through but did some damage to the drywall and door frame paint. Did not take charge so I had to run and get cash. I am not sure if that is on his profile or not, but either way that is less than convenient. I would use him again, I would just ask him to bring a second person and to listen to my needs as a customer (aka take the sleeper sofa through the back door).

Came out on a Sunday morning in the snow. Said He'd be here at 9am and was here at 9:12. Courteous , prompt and polite and good value. Just great.

I hired a junk removal company and sent him a list of goods to be removed. He estimated $150, so I hired him. On the day of, I added an additional headboard and an additional night stand. When he arrived he said the price was now $400. Plus, he did not arrive with any help. So I had to assist him with removing all of the junk. I have a bad back, which is why I hired someone. This whole transaction felt very much like a bait and switch.

Roosevelt did a great job. Mr. Pierre did the job in a timely fashion.

Damaged yard and didn't fix it and did not complete the job and was paid in full for the job.

Roosevelt was very courteous, managed a bulking load and lifted heavy objects. On time and had upfront pricing. For the weight of my project I felt it was a fair price.

For as little that was needed to be removed from the crawl space, I found the price to be rather high. He started at one price and I told him no and offered a lower price which was still higher than I wanted. BUT, I wanted it cleaned out, so this is all on me. But, if asked if I would do it again...NO!!
