In-State Moving Service
Boys were young and Inexperienced . Very nice though and polite. They worked hard and were pleasant but we did not realize the damages on multiple pieces until moving into our new home. Stuff happens and I get that but the one piece that meant a lot to me was dropped and marble top broken. The lead told me that the manager Arnell was working to replace it. Ok Iâ  m good with that. After multiple calls , text and photos, I get no return call. I have left messages and still no call. Customer service is everything in a business. This company did help me out to there credit but that is no excuse for taking my money and not following up with my concerns. I cannot refer InstaMove due to bad customer service. I still do not have my top replaced and was advised to leave a complaint to BBB and the Attorney General. Sori guys, if this had been addressed things would be different. Also we tipped the boys well and fed and made sure they had plenty to drink. They did there best but need more experience an the company needs to work on there customer service.

These guys are professionals And are very respectable , They treated my stuff as if it was their Own stuff . Took pride in their work !! Did not Scratch or Break anything . And got the job done in a timely manner . Great job !!
