They absolutely do not know what they are doing. They did not return phone calls, until days later, this was the worst experience. The deck is a mess, it looks like a child did it The owner blamed us because he was having employees problems. His employees bad mouthed him the entire time they were on the job.. I would be happy to talk to or show the poor job to anyone who is considering using this company. P L E A S E contact me before hiring this company, it will save a potential homeowner a lot of aggravation and money. They promise the moon and deliver nothing.

This man had serious skills fixing a mistake made by the original finish contractor. Came when he said he would and worked through the issues and got the job done right and quick. Highly recommend, especially if the fix-it job has complications.

He has done a couple things for me. Done correctly and in a timely manner. He used good material. Completely satisfied.

I gave john hawkins 450.00 dollar deposit ! set a contract,, never showed.. then john finally called and said he had been sick and would call me the next day with a new appointment. its been three weeks will not return calls and now I will pursue to get my deposit.. I sure hope he has not done this to anyone else.. home advisor has assign a specialist to assist me in this..

Didn't always show up when they said they would.

The quality of work has always been excellent. They've been great about returning all calls promptly. They charge a fair price and don't change it after the initial estimate. Even after they go the extra mile. They're just kind & fair people.
