Absolutely HORRIBLE! This guy (Albert) promised to fix my DVD player. Took $50 deposit and told me it would be a couple days. I had to keep calling and calling (he never once proactively called me). Finally, a full MONTH later he returned the DVD player and collected the balance due. Guess what? - The DVD player doesn't work! I've tried to contact him for over a week now..he's not responding to my requests to rectify. His voicemail states to call back during regular business hours...but I've only called during business hours! He's apparently a one man show with no sense of business acumen. He took my money and didn't fix my DVD player!!!
