Asphalt Shingle Roofing Installation and Replacement
I got a roof installed. On the back side of the property there is a problem with the roof. I called and set up an appointment. The appointment was missed, and no one contacted me. I called back and talked to the representative. He promised he would call me back in one or two days; and set up another appointment;however, another appointment was not set up. I also prefer workers who can speak English, and I can communicate with. If you cannot speak English that is not bilingual. I was informed the team would be certified. I am not sure of this either because I saw them putting Roofing down and taking Roofing up like they weren't sure of what they were doing.

I have been trying to get the wrong size window replaced for four months and another window cracked two months after installation. They do not return my calls. Very very poor follow up. What good is a guarantee if they do not honor it? The window that cracked is at the front of my house and very visible, not a good example of their product.

They ordered the wrong size windows the guys took out all the windows before they checked to see if all the windows were there. And the was not dressed properly. The trim around the windows on the outside is shoddy looking and we had a sliding glass door put in and around it on the outside trim around the sliding glass door is shitty looking. And then the guy did damage to our ceiling with a window. And when they put 4 old windows back in they started leaking. And the Manager Bill Higgins called and started threatening my boyfriend over the phone. Why pay for something when they did the damage and they will not fix the damage to the ceiling and walls and floors from water damage? I am getting ahold of an attorney on this they Do not deserve anything at all. I do not recommend anyone going to this company. They need to fire the Manager and 2 workers

They were all polite and it didnâ t interrupt our routines at all with having a baby to keep on a schedule. Everyone was nice, thoroughly explained everything, flexible, and willing to make sure the projects were completed the way we liked. They didnâ t do just our gutters, they also replaced our roof. It is amazing how quickly it was done.

Asphalt Shingle Roofing Installation and Replacement
After the initial quote everything went downhill. We paid for service is not performed but we are still charged for them and when the gutters were installed after the roof we scheduled the day and there were three times there were no-shows without phone calls then a two month delay to finally get somebody here after they did install them they were installed incorrectly and it took another four weeks to get someone back to do them right we also had to contact multiple people multiple times to get reimbursed the $300

Despite the challenges of COVID-19, the experience went well. Delivery was a bit longer than expected but the interim customer service provided schedule updates. The installer was prompt, quite skilled, and left no cleanup. The new windows are great, significantly reducing noise and seem to provide improved energy efficiency. Very pleased with Install America.

First off, the windows were finished a month ahead of schedule, Had to resced, once because one of the crew members was ill which wasnt that big of prob. {only a week}. Was impressed how quickly the install was, Friendly, courteous staff. Would definetly recommend.

We had a positive experience regarding Customer Service. After installation, one screen had an inch and a half of slash, which meant a replacement. One kitchen window would not stay still when opened.. Bill Reidy was our service technician on August 9th. He kept me informed as to when he was expected to arrive. He was approachable and professional, and explained in detail what he was doing. I highly commend Bill for taking the time to do this, and also provide tips on how yo properly maintain the windows during the Spring and Fall.
