From the way you made your review and the fact that you are existing client I am very disappointed that you was able to go to the level. BEWARE. Reluctantly, I am writing this review because John Moody owner of Install It All did not complete his project at my home. Mr. Moody started on a project at my home in late March and it is now June, and he has not yet returned to complete the project or remove the debris he left behind. During this span of time I have talked to Mr. Moody and received emails from him providing me dates he planned to return, but as usual he did not keep his word. During our last conversation it appears Mr. Moody has a contract with a realtor for home repairs etc., and he mentioned the busy season has now started. Based on the fact he has not returned or made any effort to complete my project or offer some type of retribution; one can only conclude my money was not big enough, so he went on to greener pastures. As it was, I had to pay my painter to finish installing the baseboards to allow him to complete his part of the project, to prevent waiting for Mr. Moody to return; in addition, paying to have the debris removed. Again, BEWARE of this contractor as your project may not be completed if more money is available.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

"I am sorry Ron that you feel this way. I did explain to you that my time coming there was coming to an end as you are a 1hr and 45 minutes away from where I normally work. I have completed work for not only you but both your sons as well and I had no issues what so ever. The problem was that I had returned to your property 3 times to finish work. Your job was 100% finished. Your painter simply added a different trim piece to the outside of your new pocket door to replace the one that I installed for you. Between that and the access material I simply could not make it back out there to pick it up as it was a very small portion. As far as the"

John responded quickly to our phone calls and texts, promptly scheduled our job, thoughtfully notified us when he thought he would be a little late (which was not the case), and carried out the installation very efficiently, explaining what he was doing, and advising us on various options to be considered. We found him professional, pleasant, courteous, and very knowledgeable. We would definitely ask him back if we needed any other service related to TV mounting.
