Real Tech Connect came out and installed a 16 channel camera system for us. They put a dvr lock box up to keep the dvr safe. They also set up a work station so I could easily review and save footage. Great guys! Highly recommended.

1. He indicated I would have a 2 year warranty. I never got any paper work. I called and he never responded to that. 2. I do not have an official receipt. I think he over charged me as there was a difference between the estimate and the final price. 3. He put his number into my security box instead of my number in the box. I am now forced to find someone to hack my system. 4. He has stopped returning my calls, the last text I got from him was on 05/21/21 and he was telling me how to pull up a code and do it myself. Coearly he is not coming over to help. I just dont want him to finish the job at this point. There is too much negativity and i dont want him around .

"I get some weird ones... She was a really happy customer with her two cameras until for some reason she had a Comcast guy default her equipment and erase all settings knocking it offline. She also said she unplugged some wires in the back... smh, I was under pressure on 2 huge jobs and couldn't get right over there immediately and for FREE. So sent instructions and videos until I could get there. She left me some nasty weird messages, so I stopped communicating. She said I overcharged her, but I actually undercharged her and gave her way more than what she paid for. The system was working perfectly and would have run for years online. There wo..."
