Install Pro diagnosed the problem. Cashed my check, never returned, never fixed my issue.

Our microwave was taken almost two weeks ago now and has not been returned. I have been in contact since he took the unit to be fixed through text. Since then I was told it would be returned last Wednesday, which didn't happen, then Friday which also didn't happen and no text to lmk that. I tried contacting him twice today with no luck. Very frustrated after trying to be patient and still no microwave.

Ryan untrustworthy contractor is a con artist very smooth and engaging at first but never got back to me to complete the job I hiring him to do and collected & kept my deposit without completing any of contracted work.

I'm so impressed with Ryan that he's now on my speed dial list! I absolutely intend to hire him for additional work and will not hesitate to recommend him to anyone looking for a super competent, highly efficient, most helpful, and very reasonably priced professional.

Ryan was great super friendly. I was in a bind and needed help installing a new oven. He was the only pro that actually reached out to me. I tried everyone else on the list of available in this and other apps. I'm still waiting for them to get back to me. Thanks again man you were a life saver

We had a nice talk and had an agreement. I paid a deposit for the work to start. I didn't receive a courtesy call or anything. No work has ever been started. I can't get a hold of them now.

Great and quick service, called them on 12/31 and Ryan was available immediately! I recommend 100%! My only suggestion for Ryan is to use shoe protectors for hard wood floors and clean after the job is done!

UPDATE: Ryan did eventually return my deposit. It took 4 weeks, but he did man up finally and did the right thing. DO NOT HIRE Ryan Moss from Install Pros. He will gladly take your cash deposit, on Christmas Day, of all days, then when he is supposed to show up on the scheduled day to do the work he is a NO SHOW!! Excuse after excuse , he has no drivers license, his truck got impounded, his kid is sick, etc. He SUPPOSEDLY was at his 3rd Home Depot buying the stuff for our job, yeah right. He never bought the materials, he must have used OUR $700.00 Cash deposit for his gifts or bills, who knows. The ONE time I did get a hold of him on the phone , he claimed he was going to be returning my cash that night or the next morning, NEITHER happened. He actually turned his phone off and ignored my 5-6 text messages. He must be a scammer, because if he was a good guy he would not have lied to us repeatedly and he would have returned our money promptly. I had to get the Home Advisor escalations department involved. DO NOT HIRE THIS GUY AND HIS COMPANY -Install Pros. Who knows after this review he will probably just change his companys name. Watch out! He IS a liar. He had mentioned to us that he would do whatever it takes , such as STEALING our $700.00 cash deposit, to take care of his family. He is certainly teaching his kids how to be criminals in life. DO NOT HIRE THIS MAN !!!!!!

Showed up quickly, installed my microwave in about 15 minutes and also gave me a quote on another project I'm going to have done. Will definitely use Install Pro's again.
