I do not normally comment on this sort of thing, but, these people are quite exceptional. Their service is uniformly superb, as is the quality of their products and their workmanship. Prices were better than fair and I unhesitatingly recommend them without reservation.

6+ Room New Window Service
Allen Messing and the Tri-Pane Installation team installed and custom replaced 20 windows. We had two other proposals and Tri-Pane provided the highest quality window with a .26 U-Value. All special requests were honored and workmanship was A+++. I recommend Tri-Pane windows and installation 5.0.

Tri-Pane Installations, Inc. are amazing. Their price was fair. The installers came the day they said they would. The workers were knowledgeable and the installation went smoothly. The workers came to my house at 12:00pm, exactly the time they told me they would arrive. They completed the job by 2:00pm. Their work was excellent and my doors look amazing! Given that our house is older and the windows are not standard sizes, we appreciated how Tri-Pane was able to build the windows to the house instead of changing frames to meet a standard window size. This meant we could keep all our custom features of our house and upgrade our windows. Tri-Pane������������s employees are neat and tidy. Everything was installed within one day. The newly installed windows have already saved us quite a bit this last winter.

Allen Messing is a great Salesman. He makes himself available and flexible, answers your questions, and make affordable recommendations based on your situation. He does go the "extra" mile. We have been working with him for 3 years since we purchased our home. It's been a little of a delay in installation schedule this past year, not his fault but the company needs to be consistent with their previous delivery schedule and make it convenient for the working people to install on the weekends, like before.

"I am so sorry about this, I know you did three jobs with us before but this time of the year is very busy and Saturdays book up first. due to scheduling a two window order this time of year it has to be piggy-backed with other small jobs. We had all our crews booked for Saturdays on much larger jobs. A little unfair to you I am sure, again sorry your other jobs (3) were able to be done on a Saturday when we were a little less busy."

6+ Room New Window Service
Upon installation the worker broke a window! I was promised the replacement would arrive within a weeks time but instead it arrived nearly a month later (3weeks to be exact)! When the person brought the new window to install it came without locks an easy fix I thought! The person was ill-equipped for the job at hand he did not have the proper drill bit in order to drill the pilot hole for the screw so I had to let him borrow my PERSONAL drill bit set!! While the installation went smoothly I felt the company lacked on the customer service aspect of it when they received the payment!

"accidents happen, gladly not to often. A three week turn around is pretty fast right now. The OKNA window is taking six weeks, demand is high. Your salesman ( Allen) picked up the window sash to deliver and install it for you to get it to you three days before your scheduled service date, the fact that Allen does carry tools and has a drill with him puts him in a very different category then most sales people. If lending him a small drill bit was your biggest problem then we think it went very well.( by the way, we do not ask for final payment till your job is complete, payment in full was your choice) Thank you for you business Brian C."

Allen was very informative regarding the types of windows I can have installed. He did a great job explaining every detail of what we would be getting and was very honest. The quality of the work was worth every penny! The installers were very professional and know what they are doing. I was shocked by how neat they left my house after they were done. I would recommend Tri-Pan Installations to all of my friends and family!!!!

2 New Window Service
The installation date is only an estimate of completion time. Stay behind them as the date gets close. Don't rely on them to communicate any delays as I have found out. My install did not complete until 3 weeks after the estimated date. The work is performed well and the installation crew was courteous. I would recommend.

"We saw him (customers name removed by HomeAdvisor) on oct.13th, normally custom made windows take at least three to four weeks to be made. We normally put an estimated date of completion as one month from the time of order which would have been 11-13-14. This job was installed with in one week past the estimated date. Today is 11-19-14 ,This is a very busy time of year. I am sorry he (customers last name removed by HomeAdvisor) feels shorted, but we did accommodate his order for two windows only, and did so as quickly as possible.Please accept our apologies' keeping in mind that our crews can install more then ten windows in one day."

Job was done well and we are happy with new windows, though there was minor damage to tile in bathroom and window sill in kitchen.

I met with Allen and he took his time on explaining the contract and also gave us knowledgeable information on the bay window and patio door. I was impressed with the service from the quote to the last nail. They called to confirm I was home, they came at 8 am and were done by 2pm with installation and clean up. They did not rush; made sure everything was up to par. I have already spoken highly of them to my frifam. I will use them for future window service and so should others.
