When I first talked with Mark, he gave me a price of $1500 for approximately 300 square feet. I drove all the way up from Florida to watch his job. When giving me estimate, he did not say that I all the supplies would be added on to the estimate. I already had the tile. Mark gave me some options on the laying of tile, but did not say would cost more, but did. I left to return home and I gave builder check to pay Mark for full amount. The builder gave Mark the check after helper grouted and they never cleaned grout off of tile on floor, shower or bath. It has been a month and never returned to fix problem after complaints.

Mark Hayner of Installations Unlimited installed floors in my home and while the quality of the actual wood laying was decent, there were other issues. He left an 18 inch gash on kitchen table, helped himself a drink from my fridge, left cigarette butts in my yard, only hauled away half of the trash leaving me with two pallets and thirty or so empty boxes of wood to deal with and he took it upon himself to turn down my AC while leaving the doors wide open. Last week he came back to finish stairs. Between smoke breaks and personal calls project went slowly. Needed 2nd coat of poly, he rescheduled once then never showed. Do not recommend!!!!!

Mark is very good at what he does. Very professional and detail oriented. Anyone would be shortcutting themself by having someone else do their project.

We were very pleased with the work Installations Unlimited performed. They are professionals who take pride in a job well done. Our gazebo will give us years of enjoyment. Warren & Sarah Nichols

Installations Unlimited has not proven to be knowledgeable in tiling with natural stone & has tried to make excuses for a poor job. Telling me that stone warps(limestone) & a ramp by definition is an upward slope! It could be an upward slope depending on which way you're standing, but "no" stones when cut warp. The walls are uneven & the floor has a greater slope going away from the shower then to the shower. As of yet I'm not paying him unless something can be done. Thank you

Mark was very helpful, and his brother had great creative ideas with how to build my free standing screen room/gazebo. They both worked very hard, and fit me into their schedule between other work so the project could be done in time for my family visit. Not only that, but they had a reasonable price, and put up with my requests. The job was done well beyond my expectations, especially considering the fact they worked on a holiday and finished it 4 days before promised. I am very pleased and will be calling them if my future needs require the services they offer. Thanks!

Can't say enough good things about these guys. Great workmanship, everything hand made with wonderful attention to detail of craftmanship. Lowest bidder of 4, done on time. These guys really listened to what I wanted, bent over backward to do things, some of which weren't even part of the contract. I changed the plans 1/2 way through the construction and they took it in stride..no hassles or negative feedback. I've already recommended them to my entire place of business. Would be happy to talk to anyone interested in knowing more.

contractor was very prompt, made excellent suggestions, performed the work (laid stone around fireplace) and the estimate was right on the money. very satisfied. we're are using the company for additional work.

Experienced, creative professionals... The situation in my kitchen was daunting, with 5 layers of linoleum and paneling. Installations Unlimited changed a 1960's dump into a dream kitchen floor. Amazed and would gladly recommend them to anyone. Thanks guys.

Mark was extremely flexible and made coordinating two bathroom renovations (from out of town) possible. I felt that the pricing was extremely fair and his response times were excellent! I would definitely recommend this company to others looking to renovate.

He has not done any work for us yet, the project is not ready to be completed and we are still waiting on the bid.

Mark does good quality work and has no complaints about coming back as often as needed to get things right. My only complaint is that the job took about 6 weeks longer than he had estimated to complete. This was due to not having anyone to install the shower door. I wish Mark had been more persistent and timely about getting this done. Also, when the door was finally installed, it had to be removed and redone because Mark had improperly installed the sill and there was MASSIVE water leakage into the bathroom. I was, however, very impressed with how quickly he resolved this matter. I am very pleased with the final result. Will use him again.

Our flooring installation was done beautifully and by the time promised. I would definately recommend them!

Great job! Cost was just as estimated. Floor looks good. I had discussed a water-based finish but the finishers who came in after the wood was installed used oil based instead and the smell has taken longer to decrease--communication problem? Still needing some help with some very small scratches left when the quarter-round was nailed down, but expect to have that remedied without a problem.

Still working on the project. But so far very professional and willing to look at different solutions to the issues and willing to work with a client and make it fit their situation. I will follow up when the project is complete.
