Ralph and his crew were fantastic in installing my laminate flooring and it looks absolutely incredible. The team worked fast but high attention to detail and everything was cleaned up and cleared out as they left. I would definitely hire Ralph and his team again.

Working with Installer Direct was a dream experience. I was out of town and needed to put in a new floor to prepare my home for sale. Installer Direct provided extremely reasonable prices and did a beautiful job with the installation. I would hire them again!

Ralph arrived on time and worked hard to repair my linoleum floor. He definitely knows his linoleum! The floor looks great and he only charged $35 to repair the floor - for 1 hour of work! What a great value!

I was very pleased with the communication between me and the installer. Any change or detail was pointed out and explained. The installer (Brooks) was very customer focused.

Ralph and Tammy were very helpful, in working with us and our budget..they do wonderful work, work very hard and fast..make sure everything is to our liking and the people that work for them are great as well! We thank them for all their good work and friendly attitude and would highly recommend them to anyone! Our floors are so very nice! I am really really really happy and satisfied with the service provided by Installer Direct, specifically Ralph, Tammy & John. This company is great and this team especially is superb. In addition to this, Installer Direct team cleanly removed the damaged hardwood floor and replaced it for a very fair price. They also stretched my carpet and put is back in place. I am really greatful to the Installer Direct team for putting our lives back to normaly. Ralph and his crew did a great job installing our new carpet. We bought carpet and pad directly from Dalton. Ralph picked it up for us and hand delivered to our house. Between buying direct from Dalton (Carpet Express) and hiring Installer Direct, we saved nearly $1000. And are very pleased with the results. Plus Installer Direct has a 2 year warranty on their work, so that put at ease about separating the carpet purchase from the installation.

They were very timely on their initial contact. Phone contact response was sometimes slow, leading up to the project start. They had a schedule change for the first installation date, but did come out the very next day. The vinyl was installed and so far isn't properly laying down in one area. I have contacted them for the correction and am currently awaiting a call back for them to schedule a time to make the correction. They did do some bonus work for me while they were here for a minimal charge, which was very much appreciated. They did clean up afterwards, but didn't vacuum. Overall though, I am pleased with their work and would use them in the future.

The ceramic tile job they did in our foyer looks wonderful! They took their time and consulted with us on our preferences before starting the job; they were very knowledgeable and skilled in their trade; and they were a pleasure to work with! We would definitely use them again.

Ralph and his crew moved my furniture out of the way, install the flooring correctly. and returned everthing back in its place. more than fair price too.

Ralph ,Tammy and Brooks did a Fantastic job. I had carpet, ceramic tile and hardwood floors laid throughout my home, also had my oak hardwood floors refinished. They were on time, stuck to their time line, cleaned up very well after each day of work, listened to my input and did a very high quality job at a great price. Everything turned out great, the buff and coat made my floors look brand new junior did a great job, ceramics done by brooks(two bathrooms) was fantastic, and hardwoods by Ralph looked great. They did a quality job using quality products at a fair price, you couldn't ask for more. I would highly recommend!
