Scott called immediately after we went on Home Advisor. He asked if he needed to come over right away to fix the leaking water, from a broken pipe, in the basement ceiling. I told him he did not since we stopped the leak. He came over the next day and checked on the problem. We were very satisfied with his work. He fixed the problem and stuck to his original estimate. Scott is very personable and professional. We would use him again.

The HomeAdvisor schedule had no openings for Tuesday, so I signed up for Wednesday morning. However, at about 7 a.m. Tuesday morning, Scott from IMI called, asking if he could come at 9:00 that morning. Of course, I said yes. Scott is extremely professional, personable, and polite; he was also ten minutes early! He hoped to fix the water heater without selling me new parts. But when that proved unfruitful, he located the correct part in Kenosha, where he already had another job scheduled. So he picked up the part when that was done, and was back in couple of hours with the new part, covered under warranty from A.O. Smith. Replacement went smoothly in short order, and we had hot water again. On a rather limited retirement income, I would rather have paid a bit less, but the service was so good I really shouldn't complain. Scott deserved a personal tip, so I gave him some of my artwork which he admired.

Woke up in the morning to a leaking water heater. Contacted IMI and they were at my house by 8:30 am and I had a new water heater installed by 9:10 am. Great service, friendly and informative employees.

Scott is a professional in all aspects of his work and demeanor. Our water broke during the week and we discovered the problem Saturday morning. Scott came in on Sunday ,at no extra charge, and efficiently replaced the older water heater quickly for as low a cost that replacing a water heater can be done.

Scott knew exactly what the problem was after diagnosing the situation. He didn't try to sell me a new water heater, and said the one that I have still has some life left in it. It just needed a part that broke down. Scott is very honest and trust worthy. I would recommend Scott for any of my plumbing needs. It's refreshing to know there are still people like him around.
