Not listed above, but they installed a toilet and heated toilet seat/bidet combo. They went above and beyond in our miniscule bathroom. The toilet (Lowes) had a broken plunger when they opened the box, so they had to take the one off of our old toilet and we will have to replace at our cost, according to Lowes . (We only have one bathroom, otherwise we would have returned it). Took almost three hours because the space is so cramped and we have a 1930's house so everything is not level. They kept us apprised of all they were doing and everything was tidy when they left. I would definitely recommend them.

The only thing I had to do was make a suggestion on the install in order for the stovetop to be put in. They worked quick and on time , but if I hadn’t made suggestions they might have said they couldn’t do it.!but overall I would use them again for appliance install

Work performance was good. Arranging the work was not professional and hard to arrange and not happy with the price. The primary phone number was the owner or service provider but I had to call a second number to arrange appointment. That required leaving multiple messages on morning #1 on a woman's phone that did not get returned until morning #2. The quote was a range and of course, my simple job wound up costing the max of the range. No surprise. If you get a quote with a range expect this company to charge the max of the estimate.

Expected time frame was 9-10am. Showed up right at 9 and got right to work. They were very nice, easy going guys. Overall, from setting up the appointment, to finishing everything up, it was a pleasant experience. I will definitely call them for any other plumbing needs I have.

to much money for the work done

Contacted them to give a quote on moving washer and dryer to basement from first floor. They thought they were here for an install for our new washer and dryer. I didn't think the washer would fit where we had it (thus the move to the basement) but they measured and thought it would fit. They installed the washer and it did fit, so it was very convenient for me. Was happy with their work and willingness to attempt the install.

Great company. They came out right away, give me a short window of when they would be there, and did a great job with the installation.

Installed washer and dryer and installed an extension to the gas line. The workers did not remove the shipping bolts from washer. I had to do it myself later that night after the machine was clanking and hopping around like crazy during the spin cycle. Called in to complain and the owner apologized and gave me a partial reimbursement. Owner was nice and very apologetic but if you're name has "install" in it and you don't know to remove those shipping bolts when installing a washer, that's a big problem.
