The Fireplace Whisperers!!! PHENOMINAL service on a very challenging installation! I cannot believe how beautiful it is... Beyond my wildest dreams!!! They lined the chimney with brand new, UL-listed vent up through the roof, installed the Victoran gas fireplace insert, re-assembled the BROKEN original slate surround (!), and installed all the GORGEOUS vintage hearth tile... Absolutely STUNNING!!! I am so smitten with this! 💗

We thought we might need a major repair to our 30 yo gas fireplace insert as it was intermittently turning itself off while we were using it. The technician, Ben, who came for the service, suggested that it may just need cleaning. He did that and it seems to be working fine now.

Too EXPENSIVE, 524 $ /hr. Will never use again. Work was good, technician courteous. Company is robbing u. Dont call them unless u got lots ofoney to burn NO value.

I was very pleased with the entire process. After the inspection, all of the issues were explained fully and everything was backed up with pictures. The repairs were performed as and when they were promised and once again pictures were used to prove the work was done. The price for the repairs was higher than I was expecting but the repairs were required and they were completed as promised. I also am a firm believer in the old saying -CHEAP AIN?T GOOD and GOOD AIN?T CHEAP. I was pleased with all phases of the job and would highly recommend Instant Chimney.
