Missed exterior hall wall; NO response after paid/did not honor guarantee. Further, one guy was high on the job and belligerent. I have cameras and they were complaining the whole time on film about climbing over things in the attic. They did not cover my heat pumps and while Initially covered some things - got lazy and sloppy, Leaving me with a disability to have to clean up a mess after them and get pumps cleaned. They also originally said they would do the insulation from the outside and last day of the job told me I had to get out of the house with my pets for them to do the work or they would have to cancel! You are typical bait and switch - aka, Had the job been done from the outside - They would have to plug the holes. But since it was done from the inside, it left me with thousands of dollars in damages in my walls, I have to repair! Apx. $1000/room per competitive bids I received. Also, the guy they use to inspect for air leakage after the fact is one that they are in cahoots with. He did pick up an issue in the hallway and blamed the door, which was newly in installed and air tight. So had my nephew plugging the holes in the walls they left in and he discovered that they missed an entire wall! Ive called the owner multiple times to simply just drop off some of the high density material that I could have my nephew stuff in and Ive had no response. When I looked online about their company, it now says, â permanently closed. It is likely they just reinvented themselves with a new name. Since Maine does not require licensing of contractors, we see this a lot. Closing, I will say I did like one of the owners (Steve), who at least took some money off of the job after admitting they had problems with the hot headed, stoned worker (Beau). . But they do not honor their warranty - so if you come across these guys buyer beware! (Hired last fall so have had plenty of time to rectify hallway failure!)

Spray foam team discovered that some of vapor barrier in crawl space was loose. We were really impressed with how quickly the team that handles that work responded to a request for assistance. Even with that extra work, the job was done on time and was well done. Impressed with both the staff both in the office and on the job. Easy to reach the office. We highly recommend them.
