Soon after we moved into our new townhouse, we discovered that we could hear TV and music from the adjoining units. It was quite annoying and we considered selling and moving. But moving is no longer necessary after your team installed the QuietRock soundproofing drywall over the existing common walls. Our unit is now much quieter and we would highly recommend Insulation By Experts.

the orginal foam they installed as professional sound proofers did not stop the TV noise from my family room to the master bedroom. They put 40+ holes in the wall and cited the contract said they were not required to fix the wall or repaint it. They got the foam on my new carpet. I refused to accept the job with these conditions and they finaaly agreed to fix the wall and have my carpet cleaned. They told me they would give me additional sound proofing blankets for the area behind the TV but demanded payment before these were all done. They wer finally completed and the noise is better, but I would not use them again

Hired Sp Was told they were insured found out they were not. Paid money up front. They did not do the job correctly. Have an HOA that won't approve what was done. The contractor did not properly fill out the required HOA report. Everything will need to be taken out.

"The flooring to be taken out was not installed by our company. The client wanted us to report that the installation was correct when it was not. When report did not state what client wanted client became upset and said report was incorrect. Therefore, we refused to reinstall floor and never provided work requiring insurance, which we have. Proof provided to Service magic was overlooked and can be provided as requested."
