Roman Nunez had a terrible language barrier. He could not understand a simple task and ended up costing me thousands of dollars and my time. Please take your business elsewhere. I had reached out to upper management about the whole thing and they were being god awful.

Insulation Northwest was very quick to come an out and give me a very reasonable quote. Their team followed up to see if I had any questions about the quote and I was able to schedule the work very quickly. I had two different crews over at my house and they were very efficient and did a nice job cleaning up after they finished. I would definitely hire them again.

Spray Foam Insulation Installation
They came out and gave us a bid in a prompt and timely. Their price was great. The installers came out when they said they would. Our job was in a basement and had to be done in 2 parts with spraying of foam insulation 1st and then batt insulation 2nd. The second part of the insulation had to be delayed due to others not getting all of their work completed on time. Insulation Northwest was able to reschedule the 2nd part to fit our changed schedule, no problem. I will be calling them again when I am ready for new insulation in the rest of the house.

Overall a good experience. Serious issue with the scheduling system. Scheduled the work with them, then after several calls from them to verify all stating different dates, they finally got a date and came when promised. They were quick to do the work but I had hoped for a little better finishing work on plugging the holes but other than that it was worth the cost. Bonus they work with PSE on energy saving rebate and handle all that for you and subtract it from your bill.

I wish they would have completed the tacking up of insulation covering and cleaned up before they left. I found pieces of insulation and staples everywhere. Also, they didn't even contact me (I was in the next room) when they finished. They just left without a word. Overall I like the finished product.

Spray Foam Insulation Installation
My project involved the full removal of all old insulation in both the attic and crawl space - almost 6,000 sq. ft. in total. After sealing at appropriate spaces, the replacement in the attic was both blown fiberglass and batting to wrap skylights, knee walls, etc. The hard working crews did a great job. The large crawl space was a mess with batt insulation hanging down and a rat problem. After all insulation and plastic vapor sheeting was removed, rodent exclusion sealing was accomplished, loose data cables were tidied up, and a number of flexible air ducts were replaced, I had 3 inches of spray insulation applied to the ceiling of the crawl space. This crawl space was a fairly big job. Supervisors periodically checked work and a final "touch up" was made after their QC inspector review. Insulation Northwest fully met my expectations in their quality of work, scheduling, and quality control practices. They closely worked with me to assure that all my concerns were addressed. After getting prices from 6 different professionals, I felt that the cost to me was very competitive and a good value. This was a good choice for me and I highly recommend their work.

OK my house is weird, I told the first person that my house had no insulation at this location but over time owners hand put a layer of insulation up then recovered it with new siding, (my previous work on wall told me this. the first person who came out said there was not insulation in the wall I wanted them to fill. I explained the silly wall to him. The installers questioned when I told them this, and after drilling through a wall on the exterior and ran into the small layer between the two walls decided that they should not continue I suggested that they drill a hole on the interior, they did and found that actually between the studs was not filled with insulation. I though this company was great but I'd like to have the inspector to communicate the details or the installers to believe what they are told. Would have save my explanations, the hole (sanding, painting, purchase of matching paint) on my interior wall. Glad to have the job done, and both groups were professional in their work and research.
