SHOWED UP THINKING THEY WERE REPAIRING THE ROOF NOT TILE FLOOR, SAID THEY'D BE BACK NEST, CANCLED THAT DAY, SHOWED UP 3 DAYS LATER. I WOULD NOT RECCOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE

Isac from Insurance Restoration Network introduced me to Bill Stefan from Stefan Carpet Care. Bill from Stefan Carpet Care called me back immediately and was happy to come and give me an estimate the same day. His prices were competative (actually a little lower)but most importantly, his service was SUPERIOR to any other carpet care company I have ever used in the past. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Stefan Carpet Care, and will ONLY contact this company in the future. My carpets look brand new again. Bill Stefan went above and beyond, and I am one pleased customer!

I've had many concerns of poor and sloppy workmanship as well as a lack of communication throughout the project. The project is still ongoing way beyond the estimated completion date and definitely not to my satisfaction. And furthermore they end up charging me to compensate for their poor planning.
