Unfortunately, the service did not go as well as I expected. Gus, was friendly and came prepared with booties which I find extremely respectful especially because I have a no shoe policy. I paid Gus without checking his work first. Although I believe the vent cleaning was fine but he did not connect the venting back to the wall and the dryer. whew wee this is a big no no additionally the existing venting was damage....I think the venting was already damage due to it being quite dusty in my laundry room. He never discussed this with me, there was no recommendation to place the vent.

Gust was extremely promt and helpful. We even had a small area that didn't get quite dry fast enough - leaving an odor. But he came back as soon as he could, re-treated, and went out of his way to make sure the situation got fixed - no extra charge! Very I would definitely recommend.

Gust did a fantastic job on my carpets. I had a few stains that had been there for quite some time (candle wax). He pre-treated them and they came out. So far they have not reappeared and its been just about a week. They dried fast even though it was a fairly cool day. Gust is a total professional and I would definitely hire him again.
