Major Renovation Multiple Room Service

The bids were underpriced and impossible to meet. The contractor didnâ t put the chimney out of the roof even though we had a new pellet stove in. The ceiling joists were only attached to the roof and the entire second story was built using decking screws, which have no shear strength. The contractor didnâ t know the code about using tempered glass with windows near the floor. He also hacked my walnut tree limbs to pour a concrete pad that had to be replaced. The front porch concrete has cracked in less than 6 months because there was not rebar installed where it should be. He also said he owed me money back but has yet to pay it.
