"I am sorry you feel this way, after our email exchange in November when you asked us to cancel your alarm service, I believed you no longer wanted to do business with us as you stated. As you were out of warranty on your equipment installation in October, the only service we had left was your alarm service. As far as the Spot for Dot in your kitchen we replaced the unit once, and on August 26th we came to replace the Alexa Dot part of the equipment. Like any electronics, between power surges and technology sometimes products do not work 100% of the time, but we like to make sure you are up and running when we know about the problem. While you didnt let us in to make sure everything was working correctly you replaced the Alexa Dot yourself and returned the defective Dot to us. We then came to your house for service in October for your Antenna, we resolved your reception issues as well as updated firmware on your wireless access point, at this time you didn't say anything about your Alexa in the kitchen, so I assumed all was well. As far as not returning your phone call, I had a missed call from you on Jan 12th, 2021. Due to the nature of our relationship, I emailed you on the 14th for record purposes stating since you were out of warranty and from our previous emails, I thought it would be best to find a different company to service your home. Again, I am sorry you feel like I was difficult to get a hold of, in the future, even though we wont be doing business together Ill make sure I have someone from the company reach out to you in a timely manner. - Scott B"
