    Entered into contract for $550. When done, claimed the work done was not what contract was for and wanted more money. I did not supervise or ask tech. He asked to see where box was and showed him box and spot in garage and left him to it. When done, Darren Kalal was yelling that he was not going to eat what tech had done and that item was to be on bottom of garage. Had no idea. Contract does not say bottom of wall. Should not that have been discussed with tech? Tech was super apologetic and clearly felt bad. I paid the extra $100. Obnoxious and bad service. It is not as if I had told him to do anything. My suggestion is stay away from this company. If they made a mistake I should not have been yelled at about he is not going to eat the cost and they should have handled internally. Really poor customer service.

    Scheduling was a bit chaotic, and getting the project kicked off was harder as the forgot the agreed upon time. But finished work product works. They also left all their boxes and garbage behind.

    They could have told me over the phone what was wrong because I asked them but they came and did the reset button in one second and charged me 90 dollars I am 83 senior citizen but they didnâ t care took the money with a sneer on his face should not have been that much do not use them unscrupulous

    I am sorry that the Electrician sneered at you and that it cost you $90.00 to have them only spend one second resetting your GFI outlet. I can assure you that I solve many similar problems over the phone for many customers weekly. I would like you to know that you selected the wrong Electrical contractor when you chose to write this review. We absolutely were not the company that took or responded to your call. I make and set the appointments and I would remember your name and I do not. Also, we have a one-hour flat fee that includes the first hour of work $150.00 with each additional hour worked $100. So no one of my staff would have eve.

    Darren and his crew were quick and efficient. Only slowdown was waiting for the generator to get here.

    IBS installed a backup generator at our home. Darren the owner/electrician was here as a part of the team. Adam was the electrician installing the box. Mike preparing the site and doing alot of the prep work. They were polite, professional and did a quality job.

    My project was a project that needed permits and they knew they would need to come out to do some work then wait for approval from the city and then come out again to finish the work. They started off great. They showed up the same day. We talked about the project and I was told they could complete my project but as the work began they started to reschedule on me and at one point told me they had a bigger job going on that needed more attention. When I asked why he agreed to take on my project if they didn't have the time, I was screamed at over the phone. He became very angry. I do not recommend this company. They way I was spoken to is completely unacceptable.

    No good deed goes unpunished! So the saying couldn't be more true than in this case. You called me because your first Electrical Contractor backed out on you. I guess his radar was more in tune with you than my own. Its true we jumped on the job as soon as it was ready. Its also true that we came back after to do the finish electrical after it was ready. No problems between either of us. All was good. But then you learned that you needed to have your existing fire alarm system extended and wired into the newly remodeled space. So you called me and asked if I could do that kind of work and I said yes we do. A week goes by and then you contact me and ask me to be their the next day to do the wiring. I said I wasn't sure if we had any availability because we started a large job and all the guys were working on it. I asked you if you could wait until tomorrow so I could have some time to see if I could pull a guy off the big job for you. That's when everything fell apart. You blasted me for not jumping to meet your needs and you criticized me for how I run my business and for agreeing that I could do the work in the first place. I tried to explain that the work she asked us for was in addition to the original scope of work and that I had booked other jobs knowing hers was going to be done. After hearing more criticisms I got upset. Not my best day. I work very hard at providing quality service at an affordable price. My reviews will make this very clear. You wrote this review not to warn anyone. You wrote this review to hurt me. I would like to remind you that I came to your aid when others wouldn't.
