From the first consultation to the final installation, Jason made me feel like my project was a custom project and treated me like a high-end client, even though it was a pretty straight forward Home Theater installation. His product recommendations were spot-on for my budget and he didn't try to sell me expensive components I didn't need...he listened to exactly what I was wanting and quickly revised his proposal each time based on my feedback.
